Where do you ship?
We ship to Germany and the EU. Usual delivery time is 5–10 business days via our production partner. Tracking is provided when your order dispatches.
What’s your return/withdrawal policy?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address and steps. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Are items made to order?
Yes—most pieces are produced on demand to reduce waste. This helps us keep quality high and inventory low.
How do the sizes fit?
Our tees follow a true-to-size unisex fit. If you prefer a relaxed look, consider one size up. Check the size chart on each product page for measurements.
Care instructions?
Tees & caps: wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Mug: dishwasher & microwave safe. Phone case: wipe clean with a soft cloth. (If a product page lists different care instructions, follow those.)
