Where do you ship?

We ship to Germany and the EU. Usual delivery time is 5–10 business days via our production partner. You will receive the tracking information by email to the address you provided after shipment.

What’s your return/withdrawal policy?

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address and steps. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Are items made to order?

Yes—most pieces are produced on demand to reduce waste. This helps us keep quality high and inventory low.

Why did I receive multiple packages for one order?

Since our items are made-to-order, they may ship from different production facilities. This means your order might arrive in two (or more) separate packages. Don’t worry — shipping is charged only once, and you’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

How do the sizes fit?

Our clothes are unisex and true to size. For a relaxed look, choose one size larger if necessary. You can find the size chart on the respective product page.

Care instructions?

Tees & caps: wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle; do not bleach.
Hoodies & long-sleeves: wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle; reshape while damp and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low; avoid high heat to protect embroidery/print.
Beanies: hand wash or gentle machine cycle in a mesh bag; reshape and lay flat to dry.
Mug: dishwasher & microwave safe.
Phone case: wipe clean with a soft cloth.
Do not dry clean. If a product page lists different care instructions, follow those.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and instant transfer via Revolut.
