Refund policy

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Declaration of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

  • We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Upon your explicit request, we may alternatively provide a voucher (credit note) of equivalent value.
  • You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to us or to our production partner. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please do not send goods carriage forward – such shipments cannot be accepted.

Compensation for Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to handling not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Premature Expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods:

  • which are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or
  • which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to individually printed products (print-on-demand), which are produced specifically for the customer upon order.
